WHO AM I

Hi, I’m Sanchay — I’m currently as an Instructional Designer (intern) at Tesla. I'm also working toward a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction at Iowa State University. My background blends learning experience design, product development, and user research — shaped by my experience as a Business Analyst at Revature, an EdTech firm, where I led agile product development, requirements engineering, and stakeholder engagement.

Retention and Transfer of Procedural Tasks in Virtual Reality

[IN-PROGRESS] I'm currently developing an academic project integrating Virtual Reality with Articulate Storyline to validate a blended learning approach. The goal is to increase the learnability and knowledge retention of repairing a Tesla Vehicle. The target audience is body shop repair technicians.
